Replacement of goods purchased at Fenix.pl online store

Your shopping experience is most important to us. We understand that buying online without the opportunity to look at the selected products in advance is not easy for everyone. With us, all doubts disappear irrevocably.

1. Did you choose the wrong size or the color is not what you wanted?

   Remember that we will exchange the purchased product for another one without any problem. You have 14 days for the exchange counting from the date of purchase.

2. All you have to do is follow the guidelines below:

• Go to the form in the PDF file, fill it out and print it. Then attach it to your package.



• Prepare a copy of your receipt or VAT invoice and the original of the enclosed warranty card.

• If you received freebies with the purchased product, also include them in the package.

• Send the returned product together with the above documents and freebies to the address:

In the absence of the product for which you would like to exchange the purchased product, you will be contacted by our consultant to determine the further procedure.
