If you have come to this page, it is likely that the product you purchased does not work or malfunctions. Such situations are quite rare, but we are ready to help you with the situation. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on what to do so that you can enjoy a fully functional product.

Very often it turns out that the problem is so trivial that it can be solved during a short phone call or our service technician will describe the solution in an e-mail. Repair time is kept to a minimum, and you don't have to wait for the claim to be processed, which can take up to 14 working days.

2. fill out the application form and send the damaged equipment to us

If our service technician has not been able to remotely help you solve, you should fill out the contact form below and send the defective product to us. We will make every effort to resolve the complaint in the shortest possible time. To make things run smoothly, then:

  • fill out the form below correctly and send the claim to our system,
  • print the .pdf application and send it to our service address:

Remember, in order to make a proper repair, we need time to do it!

  • We have 14 days to respond to the complaint, within which you will be presented with a proposal to solve the problem (usually takes a few days),
  • if there is no contact from our side, it means that the complaint was accepted according to your suggestion,
  • after accepting the proposed solution, the repair time may take from several days to several months (the need to ship the equipment abroad), depending on the type of product and the level of complexity of the defect,
  • if repair is not possible, you will receive a new product or a refund.
