Customers who have placed an order through the Fenix.pl online store are given the opportunity to return the goods within 30 days from the date of purchase, without specifying the reason or cause for return.

The only thing you need to do is to fill out the form below, print it and attach it to the package along with a copy of the receipt or VAT invoice, then send it to the headquarters address along with the goods to:
