We provide fulfillment and shipping of orders to the indicated address within the European Union and selected Schengen candidate countries.

Due to the separate regulations of each country, the shipment of some products considered dangerous (such as wind guns, pepper spray and stun guns) is not impossible. Therefore, before placing an order, it is advisable to check the laws regarding the acquisition and possession of the above products. Regardless of where you are, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE ORDERING PRODUCTS TO A FOREIGN ADDRESS?

Kolba company uses the services of courier companies with which it has a signed agreement contract. These are:

3. You have the opportunity to use the services of other courier companies on special request. In this case, it is you who will order the collection of the package at the headquarters of the Kolba company and bear all related costs.

The cost of international shipping is different depending on the country to which we are to send the package. They are calculated automatically after adding products to the shopping cart and select the country of delivery. • In the case of the cost of shipping overseas by Polish Post, the valuation is individual. To use it, please contact our hotline.

• Kolba company uses only the service "parcel postal." This is dictated by the lack of possibility to track a parcel or letter in other services offered by the Polish Post Office.
